Terms and conditions
- Warranty Validity
- The warranty card will be issued upon full payment completion.
- Warranty coverage for Wudless products extends for 25 years for stainless steel carcasses and 10 years for wooden products, as specified under the respective product warranty categories.
- The warranty period commences from the purchase date.
- A valid original purchase receipt or tax invoice is required to validate this warranty card.
- This warranty applies solely to the named owner of the product indicated on the warranty card and is non-transferable.
- What is covered in the warranty?
- It covers the warranty of any defects in material noticed prior or during the kitchen installation.
- It covers any functional issue arising under normal use & maintenance.
- Warranty for SS products.
- The product is designed for its intended purpose only, and damage from improper use, exposure to extreme conditions, or misuse is not covered under this warranty.
- Stainless steel products are resistant to corrosion and rust under normal conditions. However, damages resulting from neglect, improper maintenance, or exposure to harsh chemicals are not covered.
- Any accessories or additional equipment fitted onto the stainless steel product, such as faucets or sinks, are not covered under this warranty for damages caused by leaks or improper installation form the 3rd party.
- Stainless steel products may develop minor scratches or blemishes over time, which are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under this warranty.
- Warranty for Wooden products.
- The product is made for the intended purpose only and damage from direct exposure to sunlight and/or heat sources water and similar conditions are not covered under this warranty.
- Cabinets are not resistant against white ants/termite. Proper treatment of floor / wall has to be made for resistance against termite by the client.
- If the wall is damp due to seepage because of lack of curing or leakage there will be fungus formation. Our request is to take precautions of the same before the installation Wudless will not be responsible if the fungus formation happens later.
- In case of equipment such as water filter/geyser which are fitted into our cabinets on client’s request, Wudless does not take any responsibility for any damages caused to the cabinets due to leakage/dampness from the equipment.
- What is not covered in the warranty?
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear cuts of scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
- This warranty does not apply to products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered or cleaned with wrong clearing methods or wrong cleaning products.
- This warranty does not cover PU, glass, fabric or any other shutter finished. Please note that variations of colour, or texture, in products made of natural materials, is not covered under warranty
- Hardware & Accessories Warranty
- A manufacturer’s warranty is applicable.
- What will the company do?
- The company’s service personnel will repair or replace the part covered under warranty, using either new or refurbished parts.
- During the initial six-month period, the visit by service personnel is complimentary after confirming the need for it through virtual inspections of the product. After this period, prevailing visiting charges will apply.
- Any costs associated with replacing parts not covered under warranty will be the responsibility of the customer.
- If the repair does not require any replacement, it will be conducted at no additional cost.
Wudless reserves the right to adjust the terms and conditions outlined here, in response to changes in service, product availability, and spare parts, or to comply with relevant policies, rules, regulations, and laws. This may be done with or without prior notice. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively by the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
