Wudless Terms and Conditions

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, The term “we”, “us”, “our” “Compnay” used anywhere on this page shall means Wudless – a unit of Sribal Fabtech Private Limited, whose registered/operational office is Plot No 662, 16th A Main Road, Narayana Nagara 1st Block, Doddakallasandra Bengaluru Karnataka 560062 . “you”, “your”, “user”, “visitor” shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or agreed to purchase from us.

Services

Wudless shall provide some or all the following services to the client in accordance with the agreement. Communication regarding the activities is included below as part of the defined “Services” payable by the Client.

  • Conceptual Design Consultation: The visit includes a walk-through of the site, a preliminary room sketch, and an in-depth discussion to ascertain style options, budget and time frame estimates, and other project needs.
  • Design Development / Presentation: Complete measurements, Finalizing design options, recommendations, and requirements.
  • Create and oversee a project plan to include acquiring products, referring contractors, coordinating deliveries and installations, arranging furnishings and accessories, etc.,
  • Conduct periodic quality reviews.

General Terms And Conditions Of The Contract

  1. Modular Furniture and Modular Kitchens (Standard / Hybrid / SS304) Warranty Terms
    • Modular Furniture (Bedrooms / Wardrobes / Cabinets / Storage Units / Wall Units & any knockdown for residential use only).
    • 7 years warranty against any manufacturing defects for wooden products and 25 years for SS304 Carcass. Warranty does not cover warpage due to excessive moisture conditions, swelling due to excessive exposure to water.
  2. Hardware Warranty
    • Manufacturer’s warranty is applicable.
  3. Accessories Warranty
    • A manufacturer’s warranty is applicable.
  4. Warranty Claims
    • The warranty card will be issued only upon full payment.
    • For prompt service we request all customers to mail us your complaint on customercare@wudlessindia.com with images of the issue and the same will be addressed with replacements as required or as advised.
    • Warranty only applies for products being used under normal conditions for its intended use.
    • Warranty does not apply to the product that has been shifted to another location. Primarily applies to cabinet, storage unit and modular furniture products.
    • Warranty does not apply to warpage / bending of shutters / shelves or panels due to excessive weight applied on items, high variation of moisture or any use of the product beyond its intended use or weight capacity.
    • Warranty does not apply to products that have been stored, used inappropriately, abused, misused, or altered.
    • Warranty does not cover glass or fabric materials.
    • Variations of color, or texture, in products made of natural materials, are not covered under warranty.
    • Cabinets are resistant to ants/termites. Proper treatment of floor/wall must be made for resistance because of lack of curing or leakage. Our request is to take precautions of the same before the installation.
    • Wudless will not be responsible if the fungus formation happens later in case of equipment such as water filter/geyser which are fitted into our cabinets on the client’s request
    • Wudless does not take any responsibility for any damages caused to the cabinets due to leakage/dampness from the equipment.
    • Warranty does not cover against exposure to excessive water conditions. Any product exposed to water for more than 24 hours will be considered void of warranty. Any product exposed to continuous dripping water leakage will be considered void of warranty.
    • There will be a charge for services on products that have exceeded the warranty period. We reserve the right to decline service where the product is obsolete, no longer deemed serviceable or replaceable for any reason.
    • The warranty becomes void in case the product has been serviced by anyone apart from an official Wudless representative.
    • No claim shall be entertained for misuse of product or use beyond its intended use. Any warranty claim will be subject to assessment made by Wudless and will be final and binding within reason.
    • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.

  5. Project Execution Terms
    • The delivery timeline is 45 days from the design signoff for 2BHK/3BHK. 40-65 days for 4BHK & Villas.
    • The renovation project timeline is purely based on the requirements.
    • Wudless will assign a project manager after order confirmation for site work execution.
    • Wudless will create a WhatsApp Group with all key members of the team and include clients in the same group for all updates and queries related to the project.
    • Project Manager is the single point of contact for site execution.
    • Project Manager will always take prior approval from the client for site work execution.
    • The supply of materials (Client’s Scope) required for execution of site work must be available priorly before initiating the work.
    • Client will be solely responsible for any work delay due to unavailability or shortage of materials under his / her scope.
    • If the client payment is not received on a timely basis according to the agreed terms, Wudless team has the right to stop / hold the executing work until the payment is settled.
    • Wudless team will not be responsible for the breakage of existing granite during removal work due to granite’s nature.
    • Wudless team will not be responsible for the breakage of existing tiles during removal work, due to tiles nature.
    • Wudless team will not be responsible for moving the fire sprinkler & smoke detectors during the false ceiling work.
    • Wudless team will not be responsible for the existing gas pipeline movement, electrical points addition/removal or shiting, plumbing work or any kind of civil work.
  6. Additional work
    • Wudless will provide only the items / materials mentioned in the quotation agreed by both the parties.
    • Any additional items mentioned / shown in the design / rendering is for reference purpose only.
    • Colors in the rendering image are for reference purposes only. Actual color may vary.
    • Wudless vendors (execution team) will purely work based on the instructions from Project Managers.
    • Clients have no rights to assign personal work to any vendors working at the site.
    • Client must communicate to Project Manager only for any additional requirement/change in design after design sign-off.
    • Rates must be finalized with the Wudless team and additional work request sheets should be filled along with the revised timeline and signed by the client before starting the additional activity.
  7. Payment Terms and Schedule
    • Rs.25,000/- for order confirmation. Out of this Rs.15,000/- is refundable..
    • 50% after design is finalized
    • 50% before dispatch
    • Any additional work apart from the scope of work will be billed extra
    • Any change in the accessory(s) will be billed extra
